How do I setup a domain I already own?

1. Login to your domain registrar account (e.g. GoDaddy, Namecheap).
2. Follow your registrar's instructions to point the domain's A Record IP address to 173.255.227.171.
3. Make an A Record for both www.mycustomdomain.com and mycustomdomain.com.
4. Domain changes like this usually takes 24 hours to take effect throughout the internet.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Head over to the Reset Password page and enter the email address you use for your account. A notification will then be emailed to you with a uniquely encrypted link. Click on the link to continue with a new password.

How do I build another Pluspager?

If you have an Unlimited, Premium, or Standard plan, log into your account and click "Add A Site". If you are a Basic or Free user, simply upgrade to a multiple site account.

Can I apply a custom style (CSS) to my design?

Absolutely! Custom CSS is an enhanced feature for our more expert users. Head over to your Advanced Settings page and enter any custom CSS that you'd like to see applied to your site.

How do I white label Pluspager before collaborating with my team?

Our Unlimited and Premium plans offer the ability to white label our application so you can make it look like your own. From your primary account dashboard, go to the White Label section of the admin and click "Enable admin & editor rebranding". Share your white label domain with your users, and they will only see the cloaked admin panel.

How do I become a Pluspager Affiliate?

Pluspager affiliates earn 20% of all revenue generated through their designated affiliate link. If you're interested in becoming an affiliate, sign in to your Pluspager account and click on the "Affiliates" link from the account dropdown in the top-right corner of your dashboard. If you are new to Pluspager, sign up before creating your affiliate account.

Can I cancel my account at any time?

Yes. If you ever decide that Pluspager isn't the website builder that your business needs, simply email us at plus@onepagerapp.com.
